Four modular working chambers are responsible for process operation of washing—pre-heating—heating—cooling.

Load the bin into washing chamber, close the door with inflatable gasket sealed. The internal washing ball lower down automatically into bin for internal surface washing; The exterior washing is executed automatically by the washing nozzles Proportionally mounted inside the internal chamber wall; The washing nozzle/ball mounted on the lower part inside the chamber executes the bin unload port and valve washing. The AGV cart coming from the cooling chamber automatically transfer the 1st bin washed in the washing chamber into the pre-heating chamber; And the 2nd bin could start washing process in the washing chamber; which finally 4 bins could be processed at the same time on the QDX series modular auto bin washer & dryer in a continuous working manner.

The heating AHU is of 3 stages filter of G4/F8/H13 ensure GMP requirement. Whole working process controlled automatically from PLC & HMI as pre-set formula and data for both washing & drying process and bin transfer handling through AGV sys.
